Once the Damien Zamora FTC case had been filed and proceedings had begun, Zamora’s personal as well as business accounts were frozen in a duration of 6 months that was difficult for both Zamora and his businesses. It was difficult for market demands to be met for the products that Zamora was producing and in that time he suffered loss of the market share that he had. Still, Zamora and his team did not go against the court orders until the case was completed in December 2003.
